Életének 70. évében elhunyt Ferjáncz Attila örökös magyar bajnok, az MNASZ tiszteletbeli elnöke, MOB tagja és több állami kitüntetés tulajdonosa.
Reméltük, hogy legyőzi a súlyos betegséget, mert szerettük volna magunk között tudni, tanácsot kérni Tőle. Mindent tudott az autósportról, nagyszerű versenyző és nagyszerű ember volt, aki nem ismert kompromisszumokat.
Halálával a magyar autósport legkiemelkedőbb fejezetétől, múltunk egy darabjától is búcsúzunk. Emlékét örökké őrizzük szívünkben.
A család gyászában osztozva, Ferjáncz Attilát Magyar Nemzeti Autósport Szövetség saját halottjának tekinti.
Temetéséről később történik intézkedés.

All-time Hungarian champion, Ferjáncz Attila died at the age of 70, who was an honorary chairman of the ASN, a MOB member and the holder of several state awards.
We were hoping that he would overcome his serious illness to be among us today to continue giving us guidance that we all need. A fantastic person and a talented driver who knew all about the motorsports industry, was known not to compromise to any extent.
With his death, we bid farewell to a piece of our past and to the most astounding part of Hungarian motorsports. We keep him in our hearts and our memories forever.
Sharing the grief of his family, the Hungarian National Auto Sport Association treats Ferjáncz Attila their own loss.
The funeral and the reception will be held at a later date.
